Celebrity Home Lust

Who knew Crocodile Dundee would have a home like this.  I am in LOVE!  Check out Casa Sugar for the full tour.
$6.5 in Montecito, CA, this stunning French Country home is surrounded by mountain views, organic citrus gardens and has the most perfect pool and cabana I've ever seen.
Do you think they'd throw in the Hermes blanket in the sale?

Bella Notte L O V E

Ten years ago my sister used to take me to a sweet little shop in Spring, Texas that introduced me to the outrageously luxurious (and outrageously expensive) bed linens.  Made in San Francisco, all Bella Notte bedding is toned with non-toxic dyes and all textiles are machine washable.  I finally have a Bella Notte bed of my own. Dreams really are much sweeter on Bella Notte beds.
This is my bed.  The new Olivia bolster in Cypress with fawn quilted coverlet.  Heaven!

Architect Services: Site Assessment

Site assessments by an architect are useful for many reasons: The architect:

     1. Reviews the condition and characteristics of the site;

     2. Analyzes the site location, driveway access, and makes notes about views;

     3. Studies and notes the solar access, prevailing winds, vegetation and natural features;

     4. Considers any special considerations (Shoreland Protection, land use, etc.)

If you own land and are planning to build a home in the Dartmouth Lake Sunapee region, contact Bonin Architects for a free one-hour consultation in our office or at your site to answer any questions your might have about the design and building process.

Or, attend our next Open House and Q&A with local green building experts on Saturday, September 18th at a Lake Sunapee custom home. For more details, look for our upcoming events.
